I've found that when it comes to Radiant spam in 6v6, using the Aeons gauntlet that gives you class ability on teammate death helps a ton. Any time somebody dies on any part of the map, it counts as a fireteam death. With the absolute meat grinder that is the typical crucible match, you're getting your class ability back in under 10 seconds most of the time

The radiant Hunter build works great with a Swashbuckler Annual Skate. You can also turn Tyranny of Heaven or Strident Whistle into a sniper rifle with infinite ammo. Strident Whistle is a bit tougher to get rolling though.

That's the awesome thing about 390 pulses, 180 HCs, 180 scouts, is that all of them got buffed around a year or so ago to where all they need is a small damage buff and then they become insane. They are okay at base but the thing about these archetypes is that they can snowball really well

So I tried this build for the last few days. At 65yo, I've moved my k/d from approx 1.5 to over 2. I've progressed from ~20 kills per game to roughly 30. The progression has been so rapid that I've suddenly found myself in higher skill lobbies. We'll see how I fare going forward. I'm sure my k/d will settle down to previous levels but it's been fun to noticeably progress. Thx.

I used this build a while back but with Gunpowder Gamble, On Your Mark and Travelers Chosen as the main weapon. Osmosis on TC procs off of healing grenades so you can use it to keep radiant up and charge gunpowder gamble. This allows you to have a “grenade” plus a grenade, and this was before GG had two fragment slots so I used it with On Your Mark to make up for it, should really revisit.

I’ve been using this exact set up with aeons. Every time my tm8s die I get class energy. But In trials it works less often since less team deaths. Definitely definitely swapping to this. One of the best builds out there rn

This. I used a combination of Bottom Dollar and Jorum's Claw for my games to solo queue to the lighthouse this last weekend. It was mostly Bottom Dollar, because Endless Vale has so much cover that chunk damage is extremely valuable, but I switched for two games to the pulse rifle based on the enemy team's loadout. Jorum's Claw can put in some serious work when used correctly. The clean scope is really nice, too. Golden Tricorn isn't generally viewed as a glamorous perk, but that doesn't mean it's not good, and it can really help make Jorum's Claw shine when equipped as part of the right build. I think it's one of the most underrated legendary guns in the game.

I'm a big fan of the 6th coyote for this build. also seen people recc aeons with sect of vigor. 25% class energy when a teammate dies and 100% for reviving a teammate.

I must say, I absolutely LOVE! This build. It helped me go flawless this past weekend in trials. As a solo player who isn't the best in pvp, this build helped me a lot. I don't have the pulse, but I was using my igneous hammer with keep away and tricorn and once I got tricorn going it was an easy 2 tap. Thanks again for putting this out.

You can do this exact same style with an Adagio Frontier's Cry as well. Adagio is there instead of Golden Tricorn. Its a solar Hand Cannon to extend Radiant. Its really fun. WHen its all going a 90-60-60 1C2B 3 tap is hot

I made this build some seasons ago when the seasonal artifact had double firebolts, firebolt hits created firesprites and firesprites gave armor charge (which I used to pop solar mods). The survivability was crazy. Sad to see the health rework made this build way worse.

I’ve been running this for a few weeks in 6v6 now. Once I found out what ember of empyrean did, I checked my vault for any good solar primaries and found the pulse. My Jorums has moving target headseeker. I also added in in healing grenades with ember of benevolence for more ability uptime. All that was left was to choose an exotic. Originally I went for Frostees but got an idea from one of Frostbolts videos to use Aeon Swift. The build gets very good ability uptime, high lethality, and high survivability.

Finally someone did a Video about this Pulse! I have been using it since Bungie brought it back! I have the perfect weapon in that pulse! It’s extremely deadly yet I never thought of using it with that type of Solar Built so once I try it it will be even better. My pulse has Arrowhead-ricochet rounds-moving Target-headseeker-the MW is dudu but it doesn’t make a difference. So the gun almost aim itself! With moving target, so u get a lot of headshots and when u don’t headseeker gives u a damage buff the next time you headshot them!

450 ARs also work great with this, especially for anyone that kept a kill clip ringing nail. Radiant alone gives 0.67s TTK against all resil, with KC it’s 0.53 against all resil. Or, for an option available to anyone, an Ammit with Radiant and surge x3 will kill all resil in 0.67s at 5c1b or better, and precision autos are so easy to use. Especially Ammit, a fully crafted one of those feels like an adept with all the accuracy increases, stability, and range 450 ARs are like 390 pulse rifles, in that any damage perk makes them incredibly strong, only they’re better than a 390 at base imo. Even just surge x3 is enough to drop them to 0.67 against T8 and below. If you manage to have KC, Radiant, and surge x3 active using the Reaper mod on a Hunter with Ringing Nail you can run around killing people in 0.53s at 4c1b or better, against any resil

Def wanna try this out. I have been using athrys with a golden tricorn Jurassic green and that is nasty because radiant base helps you win the first fight to get tricorn x1 and the headshots to then use the trick knife to proc tricorn x2. The nasty two bursts with a 540 are too much fun

I do something similar but with athrysis embrace. Getting the funni knife kill after a kill with the jorums claw gives you the next step in tricorn while still having radiant from the knife hit. Solar hunter is a lot of fun in pvp.

Just in case anyone forgot, Ticcu's will body shot while radiant. I know the words "Ticcu's" and "PVP", dont mesh. But everyone dislikes Ticuu's the moment the body shot explosion leaves them one shot. Radiant midigates that. Body shots all day. I run the same build with ticcus and a lightweight shotty.

I have a Jorums claw with GT + Outlaw. Used it for awhile around a similar build style but never thought to use healing grenades and frost-ees. Definitely will look to get it cracking. One thing about the Jorum that I like is the clear opaque sight that shows the whole target in sight from head to toe. Very underrated sight in my opinion when it comes to duels and fire fights

Proxy Knife. Acrobats Dodge. and Utility Kickstarter with Reaper as well. i did it just to have a pseudo Support Build in the Cruc for my team.

Its about time Jorum's Claw got all the credit that its due. Glad someone else finally appreciates it. Content creators were too quick to look at stat numbers on existing Pulses and throw it under the rug. Thing's a beast thanks to being Solar. NEVER underestimate Solar weapons paired with Ember of Empyrean! (This goes for Frontier's Cry as well.)

That's not how Jorum's is pronounced. Also, if you're running this in 6s, just use the Aeon Gauntlets instead. No need to muck about with a bad fragment or constant sprinting to keep things going. Simply watch your Dodge come back in 5-10 seconds for free for the low low cost of your team dying around you.

my encore golden tricorn jorum's is one of my favourite. I use fullbore as on an adaptive, they're stable enough. Never tried maxing radiant as a warlock main I use empowering rift instead, but it's great, especially with arc buddies. "I get a lot of hate too" - a cool guy should never have to say this. I used a build like this before and something I noticed is it seems like frostees don't actually do much and it's the ember of benevolence that does a lot of heavy lifting. I was thinking using young ahamkara's spine with acrobat dodge seems like a great way to make the build even stronger and then with ember of singing hitting people with your tripmine or knife will get your class ability back alongside ember of benevolence when you use your dodge next to allies.

As many have said Aeons is NUTS! I just tried this build out today and I’m addicted. I tried many weapons. Highly recommend trying out Third Axiom. With arrowhead break it gets a perfect 100 recoil, very high stats compared to other 390s. My roll isn’t perfect but still feels amazing. At least a way to spend those Vanguard engrams before the season ends.

I have a Iron Grip Kill Clip Jorums Claw which I really like. It hits 100 stability base with Chambered, Ricochet and a stability master work. The reload speed is bad but I can live with it knowing I always have 100 stability on the gun for every engagement.

Jorum's claw is a very underrated pulse, I main a moving target golden tricorn or an encore headseeker, both great rolls, never managed to get the encore tricorn combo, I must have focused 100 engrams at this point. I use aeon swifts (sect of vigor) on solar with 100 mobility, I almost always have a dodge ready before engaging in a firefight, perfect for 6 v 6.

I was using a radiant build with speed loaders to switch it up and that has worked really well. I found a nice pairing with Devils Ruin and a QuickDraw/Snapshot Steady Hand that worked wonders in 3’s

I remember doing something similar on warlock with vex and the boots that give radiant on fusion kill then combined with restoration x2. Or if you want to be even spicier lunifaction boots. Mobile turret mode 47 to the head with empower and catalyst.

Not exactly in context, but I do have to mention this. Don't sleep on 720 autos. Yeah, autos across the board (except really 600s.. unless you've got somthing to make the TTK more forgiving, eg target lock, assuming it still does that post-nerf) will be pretty solid, but 720s are gonna be something special. They kill in 0.77s, and they're getting a huge range buff, while some of the higher-range SMGs are getting a range nerf. They're finally going to have a defined 'effective range' and it's going to be much further than it has been. Think Vex Mythoclast TTK. That's about the same. Yeah.

I’ve been using acrobats dodge on my solar hunter since release. I love it for 180 scouts or HC together with Drang or something but I have tried it with my Jorums claw iron grip and GT as well. Also even without frostees you still have quite a lot of uptime if you wanna use like stompees or ahamkaras

ive been running a radiant frostees build with a 54 range eye of the storm killing wind Arctic Haze (europa 720 auto) for the better part of the last 3ish months and ive put a couple thousand kills on it. Right now my arctic haze sits at about 26.7m of range, with KW active it hits 31.2m. Mix in constant radiance and double surge mods, and you have near constant uptime on a .67 ttk auto regardless of resil. After the range band changes coming in the new season, it will be about 31m at base and around 35.5m with KW active. All on top of EYE OF THE STORM for insane ease of use blessing you with headshots you have absolutely no business hitting. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR COOLGUY AND GRIND OUT EUROPA FOR THIS ROLL, IT SHREDS. PS5 & PC

Surprised that this was for Jorum's - was disappointed because I only kept a PvE roll and ready to farm again - surprised again since my PvE roll is Golden Tricorn anyway lol. Mine is lightmag/iron grip/golden tricorn with range mw. RIP my reload speed but it's solid as a rock.

How would y'all compare Frostees to Aeon Swift? I feel like they both accomplish the same goal (dodge regen), but with different advantages for different types of engagements. Maybe Frostees are better 6v6 vs Aeon's Trials situations. I've been loving the solar hunter with this build for a minute! It melts.

I grinded for Jorums, 1 KC 1 GT but i don't think i got encore on either. Never used Frostees so maybe i'll finally put down my young ahamkarha's spine.
