I just finished a class with Rich 3 days ago. He’s a fantastic instructor and breaks all the bits and pieces down to help you get it. If you have a chance to learn from him in person, do it. It’s absolutely worth the time and you’ll be a better rider, no two ways about it. And him saying “I’m gonna work with every one of you” is exactly how it is. He rolled up next to every one of us and took time to really help us get it, and work through the spots where we were getting hung up. Great video Rich! Keep shredding!

Graham Jarvis may be the best oldest hard enduro rider out there but Rich is certainly among the best teacher / coach / instructors on the planet. If only my KDX 200 had an e-start!

Seeing the progress of the students is almost as valuable as the initial instruction itself. Fantastic video. A special thanks to the group for being vulnerable and willing to show their progression

Thanks for letting us see these training days on here, makes such a great difference to my riding and I learn so much every time I watch one of your training videos! This is definitely going to be the best series on youtube by the time youve finished, can't wait to add these drills to my training

Last Sunday I watched this video before going on a ride. And during the ride I got stuck exactly in this situation: steep uphill, wet and slipery terrain, and like an idiot I stopped with my front wheel up a small terrain bump. I remembered the video and calmly tried to apply the technique... that worked perfectly well! (not on the first try tho 😂). So, THANK YOU Rich 🙏

Like a pro active approach to maintain balance is what I get out of technical stuff. I keep going deep into sticks thinking Im good trying a fraction of a challenge, but I swear Im asking for trouble (Im on a barebones dualsport alone). I need a safer way to learn.

How big are the bikes and what's the weight? I want to try this with my 300 4-stroke but it's around 330lbs. Do you think I'd have any issues? I'm 6'1" and 185lbs

The guy you got on for the rear wheel being halfway in the rut was not holding the brake with his right foot, I thought for sure you were going to say something about that, although the rut messed him up more than the rear brake. Maybe his bike is like the old Bultacos that have the shifter and brake on the other side, in that case...my bad

I have got so much from your videos. Not sure what old mate is referring to when he says "click bait"? If you are feeling that triggered by an instructional video..dude go and get your test levels checked... seriously! thanks again Rich, came off the other day in deep sand and tore all tendons off the bone in my shoulder(expensive), so all I can do for a while is watch instructional videos. I look forward to the next one!
