I tried to recreate a scene from a romance novel where they make love on a beach at sunset. It ended with us getting sand in places sand should never go✨

Still building them. I am sure they will never be that great on my "new" R1150R, but I know that every practice session will add to "instant skill" next summer when I get the CRF!

IRC M5B on display! That’s my all time favourite tire for my 2007 300xc! Velcro tire! Buy the widest one you can fit on any bike! It’s Velcro even wet roots! If you know how to use clutch and throttle in wet conditions. I love that tire!

When I go to get the front tire into the air in a standing position, my throttle control goes out the window and I feel like I’m hanging on like crazy. Am I just not far enough forward? I can do it comfortably sitting down consistently. But standing seems so un natural when doing any sort of front end lift. I’m also 6’4 so maybe just need to keep practicing. Awesome channel love the videos!

yup. as someone that can't ride- lower is closer to the ground = less scary.. even if it doesn't actually make sense, that's the thought

I couldn't find a good translation (to german) on what you meant with "run the bike deep" - maybe you can describe this a little bit more? After a second view I nearly understood: Aim with rear tire, cause your rear tire is the engine=the solution to get you further means that your front tire is going "deep" like looking for suitable points for collecting momentum. I nearly watched every video you've made, you have really great skills in teaching and explaining! maybe you can make a video about the opposite direction (down the hill) and highlight the important techniques?

Been following quite a while, not sure you mentioned if all four stroke bikes can do the same power collection as a two stroke do?
@IRCTireUSAMotoКүн бұрын
Yes they can. It's just a bit more finesse and precision because the RPM drops quicker.

All good info i used to run skills courses years ago teaching the same skills ie lifting front wheel in total control with zero wheelspin in all the years I ran courses i never had a group of riders that paid so much attention as your group they all new everything even tho they could not do any of it . Maybe it's the Bogan aussie dirt bike rider compared to American hard enduro rider . If everyone rode like this all the tracks would be great ..

It definitely came through experience about 15 years ago. For the last 10, I’ve been honing the best way to teach it. 👍

Fantastic video as always, what do you think about the suspension on the KLX? For trail rides does it need heavier spring for your weight? gold valve?
Great video and this is something you can practice at home (with static balance drills).

I have the feeling the collection of power is different on my EM. Have you tried it on yours? Thanks for the video btw .
@IRCTireUSAMoto2 күн бұрын
The EM requires less throttle. But all the techniques are the same. it just tends to spool up quicker and longer. So minimizing your throttle input is key.

When you shop for a TSP head, your given 4 choices of compression. Which riders prefer the higher compression and why?

Been riding daily for 45 plus years. Of course i learned to drop throttle, pull clutch lever, shift, then apply throttle while simultaneously releasing clutch. My first water cooled 80cc 2t mx bike, a 1985 yz 80 was fast but always looking for speed. You want speed? Then pretend throttle is also a secrt clutch. We can all pull and release a lever quick. But hold full throttle, blip it 1/8 turn forward then right back to full. Faster than a clutch pull and release no doubt. Forward blip is lever in, SHIFT! Then back to full is lever out. Its about practicing it for exact timing. Years later i blip-shift everything even my Harley...

Im 5’ 7” n 142lbs. Seat time/technique is what’s key. My bike only feels heavy when I screw up. With good mechanics you can move it when n where u want. “Not saying it’s easy!” But you can’t limit yourself by that.

Its all about confidence and technique and a 2 stroke if you really want to deal with really really really difficult terrain all day at top level !!!!The facts don't lie, find me a 4 stroke that finished in the top 10 in the top 10 hardest Enduro.

Is this possible to do and learn these methods on a Honda 450L dual sport? It’s 295 pounds wet with everything. Or am I better off getting a 350? I need a dual sport for my application which requires 4 stroke. I ask because I never see a Honda on these videos.
