Ça a l'air très bon, il faut que j'essaie!! Merci pour la recette! Dommage que Ellen n'arrêtait pas de remuer et racler avec la pince en métal, un attentat contre l'émail!

The funny secret is that many who watches Chefs Ludo’s channel don’t ever figure out that he also does content for Le Creuset channel also as sponsored content and in so misses out on Ludo’s goodness. I myself only figured this because I kept searching for other videos by Chef Ludo and discovered this myself for content vs just his channel. But yeah, the girl Ellen using stainless steel tongs in the pot, I do an eye roll 🙄 on that. At least Ludo uses the wooden spoon.

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. This video shows the method that Chef Ludo uses - he's living a bit dangerously with those metal tools. 😉 In your home kitchen, we recommend using wood or silicone utensils whenever possible, and being very careful not to scratch the enamel if you ever do need to use metal tools.

Hi Shiva! Thank you for reaching out. Metal utensils can be used very carefully for serving, stirring or tasting a dish - just be careful not to scrape them across the enamel or knock them against the edge of the pot. In your home kitchen, we recommend using wood or silicone utensils whenever possible. Chef Ludo and Ellen were living a bit dangerously with those metal tools in this video. 😉
