I hope you get really far with channel, its very rare to see a asian male cooking and even learning himself, im mainly subscribed and watch just to support you, not so much to cook the recipies because i eat very healthy. But regardless i genuinely wish you all the best! P.s id love if you could share with me what you got to set up the youtube channel as im considering the same except to show carpentry. I.e what camera/equipment/ediitng software

Boil your rice separately for 5 minutes, rinse it and then add to the main pan with less water to make it more fluffy. The extra boiling and rince will remove more starch.

Great recipe but I would say avoid the foil. The cloth or towel soaks up the excess water so the pilau is never soggy. This is how I make all my Indian and Iranian rice dishes 😊
