Stick to this workout for 30 days or go bold.are you in? Day 1 - workout Day 2 - rest Day 3 -workout Day 4 - rest Day 5 - workout Day 6 - rest Day 7 - rest For 4 weeks. You can workout more if you feel recovered. Also you can do another round of this workout after 5 min rest, if one round becomes no more a challenge for you! Share with a friend and let’s work!

the hardest part of this workout for me is the explosive pushups. they are killer, and after you do those, the rest of the workout becomes really tough.

Do it without the jump, with the intention of doing an explosive push up but without the jump. When u feel u dominate that one, go for the jump 💪🏻. Remember, always pace yourself

16 exercises listed 3 times a week. Each exercise - 35 seconds work, 5 seconds rest. 1. Pushups 2. Squats 3. Towel Pull Up 4. Crunches 5. Diamond Push Up 6. Squats + 3 sec hold 7. Towel Pull Up 8. Leg Raises 9. Pushup: 3 second decline + explode 10. Jump Squat + 3 sec hold 11. Towel Pull Up 12. Bicycle 13. Pushup: Diamond explode - Close explode - Wide Pushup explode 14. Alternating Jump Lunges + Squat + 3 sec hold + Jump 15. Towel Pull Up 16. Bicycle (hold each side for at least 1 sec) Subscribed - Thanks for the inspiration! I haven't worked out probably since Nov. 2020. I'll be jumpstarting the grind with this!

Done with my first day. I'm quite exhausted. Had to stop this video several times but it is the best feeling when you are done. I just started today and I will share my experience with you guys: Day 1-My body hurts soo much, but I am ready to continue. Day 2-Rest. I feel pain from yesterday, but that’s a good sign. Day 3-I got a little injury from the first day, but still managed to do everything. Day 4-Rest. Just chilling Day 5-I see an improvement but there is a lot to go. Day 6&7-nothing interesting just rest and chill Day 8-I got tired and didn’t finish the work out I did only the half. I realised I don’t make much of a progress with the special push ups so I decided to make normal push ups instead. 9-rest 10- all done and I see an improvement 11 -rest 12- nothing interesting 13-14- rest days 15- done everything 16-rest 17- done everything. Feeling like a beast

Igor Voitenko changed my life during last quarantine...I worked out intensively and followed a strict diet,only because I learned too much by seeing his videos... 🎉 SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE! Day 1 - Grinded through, Towel pullups pissed me off in the end 😂 Day 2 - Rest Day 3 - Towel pullups still a pain in the ass but managable Day 4 - Rest Day 5 - I feel like my reps are getting cleaner, hard to keep up the pace tho Day 6 - Tried to keep his pace with every rep I did. Almost threw up! Day 7 - Rest Day 8 - Damn I felt good today! Man, there are levels to this shit! Despite this is not even a 15 min workout you can put all your heart and focus into every rep. Go hard or go home! Day 9 - Rest Day 10 - Rest again because I wanted to smoke and zip a lil bit of fine wine instead of getting my shit together Day 11 - Hangover-workout... guess how it went... 🤮 proud that I got out of bed to finished the job tho Day 12 - Felt good today! I put in a third workout day tomorrow because I feel like I need to compensate the two-in-a-row restdays. Day 13 - Three days in a row baby! Feelin great ❤️ Day 14 - Rest Day 15 - Half way through! Day 16 - Rest Day 17 - That birthday workout felt smooth 😜 Day 18 - Rest Day 19 - Baked AF on my first holiday. Good workout 👽 Day 20 - Had to rest a few days more due to a pinched nerve in my back 🤮. Day 21 - Feels good to be back! Only a few days left 💦 Day 22 - Best session by far today! Felt so cool and composed, tried to focus on controlling my breathing and managed to do no breakes at all. Awesome! Feels fucking good. Day 23 - Rest Day 24 - Grind it out motherfucker Day 25 - Rest Day 26 - I am happy when the 30 days are over 😅 Day 27 - Rest Day 28 - Felt tired before the workout, but as soon as I hit the first pushup it was all muscle memory and I was there! good for you, try doing different workouts though cause if you keep doing the same one you’ll build a slight tolerance to it and it will become less and less effective

@@delta8551 you can keep doing this workout until it starts to feel somewhat easy. Then, change it up a little bit. Different intensity, longer amount of time, or even just entirely new exercises. That way your body won’t get used to doing the exact same routine.

Hey Igor, I’ve been following you a long time. This particular workout is a savior for me. I suffer from a condition called cluster headaches. There is no cure and it is excruciating…worse than any migraine. (Anyone interested can look it up). This workout cures me every time I have it. Usually by the third round it is gone.
