Im so disappointed after watching this video I wanna cry and give up on this workout. Aviation Tim edited Make sure you train professionally. If you constantly work out, you’re going to keep breaking down your muscle fibers until you get seriously injured. I recommend at least 2-3 rest days per week. Also, nutrition makes up like 60% of your results, so make sure you are eating a lot and eating the right things (unless you’re trying to remove fat, in which case eat less). Finally, make sure you actually feel healthy. If one day you wake up and you feel exhausted or tired, then you know you need to rest, but if you feel good, keep pushing. Listen to your body and it will listen to you :). Good luck, King.

I don’t think anyone has done Saitama’s workout for 3 consecutive years every single day. So we don’t know. People have done it for a month and than quit, but only because they weren’t seeing any results. But Saitama didn’t see any REAL results until 3 years of doing it.

Mainly Goku and Saitama inspired me to do 50 Pushups 50 Squats 50 Crunches Every Single Day. Probably 11 days left and I'm 1 month in. Should I continue? Or do Monday,Wednesday and Friday in the 2nd month? I'm planning to train constanly like its my daily routine or normal to me May 20,2021 Update: It's my 3rd month of training and have decided to change my training. In the second month I already did the same. First month was the every day thing, after that I took a break for 2+ weeks then started the 2nd month, then rested for 2+ weeks again and started the 3rd month at May 12,2021 Monday = 50 Pushups and 50 Leg lifts Tuesday = Rest Wednesday = Squats Thursday = Rest Friday = Bridges Note: I was planning to add a pulling motion before but I don't have a pull up bar. If you have a pull up bar at home or something to use for pull ups, try to do pull ups. Currently my body dropped a lot of weight (I lost some of my fats, My arms are buffer, I am stronger, I feel good,My body shape is becoming more refine,My thighs, calf are stronger and thicker)
