Which is exactly why some people mock and disregard his advice. Unlike the rest of the fitness community Greg offers REAL VALUE and advice born from years of trial and error and personal experience. He doesn’t over complicate things such as is the case with many other supposed “fitness experts.” Greg has absolutely evolved more so beyond anyone’s expectations. If you thought Kinobody peaked in 2015 you’re sadly mistaken, he’s more relevant now than ever before. He must be protected at all costs!

I just discovered Greg’s account a few months ago and it has been great helping me to lose some weight I gained from stress and cortisol levels. Nothing in my diet changed but my work situation for now has been incredibly stressful. Young men nowadays need friends and a social life more than ever. I tell young guys I work with to go to college even if it’s just for a year. You’re never going to have the opportunity to network with that many young and healthy people ever again. Even if you don’t graduate and you drop out it will still benefit you socially.

Greg, I love your system and view on life. Every time I watch your videos, I think: “wtf am I doing man, I need to step up my fcking game”. I’m 23 and still in university studying fusion energy, which I 100% stand for and love. But I really want to start building a solid network and making money doing that and being independent, because now I’m not making shit and having a one day a week side job next to studying. The fitness and presence I have been working on some time on and off and I’m taking the mojo for some time, but I really want to level up. Here are my scores now, which I am going to improve 100%. C: 7/10 (above average, not super good) P: 9/10 (fasting helped me a lot with that, when i eat a lot of carbs my mind gets foggy, so thanks for the advice) R: 5/10 (flat average, i'm a student though, i'd appreciate some business advice) S: 3.5/10 (i live in a foreign country and i don't speak the language super smoothly yet, so it's a bit harder to socialize)

My total would be 22 Physique- 6 just watched greg's phisque. Presence-5 sometimes i sense things when i m in sleep sometimes i do silly mistakes. Finance- 4 iam a collge student so after job it will be really great and iam also saving money for business. Social life-7 its great i dont have gf but talking to girls to successful men and have got friends group.

Fitness and social are probably like 1 or 2 / 10 right now. Presence is a 4 or 5. Resources is like 2 because at least I live in the first world, but am getting very close to jumping all the way to 10, or 11 within the next months. Trying to get back into Kinobody, fell off hard after covid especially when I got really fixated on changing my resource situation, I traded my health to try and find a way out. A better man would have been able to balance the two but I went all in, hopefully it will pay off soon and I can leverage the resources to bolster everything else again.

Loved this video Greg. Although I've been moving in the right direction on getting chiseled and putting on muscle, my total score was 19/40... lots of room for improvement. I really liked the Presence category. That is an area that I have an opportunity to improve. Presence blends into social as well. Glad to hear you are doing well!

When you look like you bro things are going to come easier. Not trying to sound shallow or say you’ve had it easy, but we all know when you look like a male super model you”re going to have more opportunities in all areas, and some things are going to come much easier than the rest of us, this world is shallow and that’s just facts and sadly much of fitness is cut down to genetics. Be glad you”re blessed, but someone else could Take this advice and it doesn’t do what it did for you. Dude this system is awesome. Easy to track over time and assess growth. Here are my current scores: Chiseled: 6/10 (just came back from a 2 week vacation - stopped creating, gained 5lbs, lost some muscle, I was probably an 8 before that) Presence: 5/10 (I get anxious sometimes because of work but Ashwa keeps me cool. Power of now will def help too) Resources: 7/10 (24yo, got a condo that I'm renovating, can afford vacations, clubs, taking girls out. Life is good) Social Life: 6/10 (Got some awesome friends that I have fun with but no one in my circle is about the grind life. Also want a gf but can't find anyone these days. Going out on dates but nothing is clicking, fkn golddiggers) Total: 24/40. My goal is to get to 30+ by the end of August.
