One Year Later Does This 65 Shelby GT350 Still Hold Up? 🤔

1 Year ago, I completed this custom 1/24 scale Shelby GT350 model to RC conversion. Today I'll be taking another look at this project, and tuning the front suspension. Like with most projects, I learned some new things while building this car which I've been applying to projects since. Definitely more show than go, but still a very cool car all around. Worked on several first gen Mustangs. Swapping to 3 link rear is common. Front suspension is regularly changed, too. Just saying 😁 Keep them coming 😊

This dirt place you drive on is incredible. And you make the footage look so realistic! :) I just really wished there was a driver in there. 😁 Your so-scale-looking RC models deserve them! 😁🙂 Is that a thing you'd consider for the future? Cheers!

Not sure if you are still looking for something to use as leaf springs for your builds but one idea that came to mind is plastic pop bottles, if I remember correctly it is PETG plastic and is obviously thin enough to layer up.

Looks better more level. If only there were some oil shocks in 1/24 or 1/25 scale. That's a really cool showroom diorama with the purple lights!

Pretty hard to beat a 65 shelby lol think you should market a simple rc setup for peeps that cant 3d print or solder i have tried so hard to get into printing its just out of my reach but im shure i could get close with glue & plastic lol to make a model move & steer, i love seing the models i actually started out with building moving so lifelike Rt down to the syspension great stuff man👍
