Had a key recently with a healer who just did not heal Chromie (last boss in Fall). Healer did also not seem to grasp English very well so commuincation was rough. After wiping a few times we had a Monk dps switch to healer. We two healed the boss and got our loot. No flame or disband needed.

"Disbanding is the death of progression" wise words, hopefully the new m+ system with no timer 0-10 will alleviate some of the pressure when it comes to players who leave when feeling the slightest resistance in the game. Failing is also learning.

Season 3 was the peak of my mythic+ career. Going from incredibly anxious to tank to 3K io and every dungeon timed on a +23 on both fort and tyran. I m happy and I ll push the first week of season 4 as high as it can possibly get 😅 thank you metro for inspiring me and telling me over and over again that I indeed can do it

I used to watch your Battle for Azeroth vods pretty much every day. Especially back when I was mustering up the courage to start tanking keys. I still remember the day you randomly started singing Thank You by Dido. Hearing someone I had been watching for hours upon hours bust out an angelic rendition of that song felt like getting hit by a full duration stun, haha. Every time I start getting back into WoW and I get the urge to start watching videos, OneAzerothTV is always the channel I go to first. Just wanna thank you for the consistency. I think a lot of it depends on key level. People start talking more the higher I go relative to the current average.

Its really frustrating to read the party chat from ppl who dont tank, or at at a minimum know the tank mechanics. Doing everbloom with a ret paladin who freedoms u on cooldown versus not is night and day and makes it way more comfortable. Apart from that, I really enjoyed this one, cant wait for next season's shenanigans

that's not me, but I'm also a azralon refugee do you know the auto mark m+ aura? that helped me a lot in pugs, randoms do better if there's a star marked npc for interrupts or just a skull

I know of it ya, most people have it, so I never bothered to get it myself. I'm not typically a big fan of that sort of hand-holding though. Identifying key interrupts is something Plater does super well now, so that would be on them to set up and prepare for.

I had one of the best laughs on NO just yesterday. As usual everything goes perfectly fine until the final boss, then we just chain wipe because of the adds, or people standing in lightning, or taking the charge, or something stupid like pulling a patrol. Anyway, we finally get the absolutely best try, everything lines up for a kill, and on the very last charge, at 2% health, this dude just aims the charge so that the boss exits the room and resets... We got it the next try, but I laughed so hard at that it made up for the whole thing.

Thanks, there is no one singer I have practiced singing the songs of more than Serj Tankian. Really like 15 years of singing some of these songs, but this one is just tough to sing because how crucial the music is, and how the vocals go wild at times. Hopefully I did it some justice!

I've been tanking with my dk and been in groups with priests and paladins and not once do they cast anything to clear the disease from the flowers in everbloom. Big pulls turn into one shots because of that stacking debuff.

oh i definitely can one up your Volkaal one, too bad i dont have the VOD...back at the end of BFA i found myself carry tanking an AD for some group, cant recall what difficulty it was, probably not m+. idiots couldnt get their shit together n kill the totems 4-5 rounds so they all died. i made them wait till i soloed the whole thing down, called them a bunch of names and left..took quite long to solo as a tank lol

I had an alterac valley pug as an alliance player. %80 of the group immediately went to our boss and sheltered in a nearby cave to " win fast " while they were mass reporting and harassing anyone that asked to play the game about their in game race and realm? , then I asked a gm with screenshots etc about how to deal with a situation like this. Its certainly a bigger problem at higher keys but I certainly don't believe the number of three. I think you likely just brush them off and don't remember a lot of it. Next season you can use the spreadsheet to track your stats like we do and it might really open some eyes!

Regardless, I can say for certain my experience with disbands was significantly less than yours. Better luck in S4

Not sure luck will ever really play into it. Its just the game's culture now. As soon as one thing goes wrong, people give up.

That last one just hurt to watch.. Sure there were many mistakes made, but that healer man. For 13 seconds, with not anything else going on, the healer can't get a single target up to drop the debuff. That key would not have gone well, so good thing it ended early. It's one of those things that really gets me. You are in a 26, barely breaking 80k hps on a single target with nothing else to do, what are you even doing? Second pull could also have been saved if he was actually healing. Instead of topping off the rogue and warlock while in spirit form, then release and come back to handle the next jumps, he just.. types.

Sometimes i actually wonder why some people leave only after one wipe. If i'm mistaken then i believe you can actually full wipe quet a few times even on a 23 and still time a key. I also don't really get why people think it's necessary to just go full on keyboard warrior when packs they don't want is pulled (and when they die to shit). It's like they think they're right but in reality they really aren't 🤣 Good video as always!

The DHT where they couldnt handle the first pack had me dying. Its crazy from a new player perspective, where I think players with above 3k io know what's happening, only to see them fail. I dont think anyone in that team thought what could be done better next time and just queued up for another key.

I always make a point to press the person when they act selfishly. Make them think about their choices and realize they aren't doing something everyone agrees with. But ya obviously a lot of the back and forth is ego on both sides. It's hard to avoid in the heat of the moment for me.

I was 100% wrong about the Sentinel frontal, but I asked you if you were going to be using Control Undead, and you insisted no Blood DK uses it because they instantly die. See in your clip when you used Control Undead, then we died when you didn't use it again? You complained that I didn't use Para as a monk - and I explained that I was waiting for you to use Control Undead again, or I would have covered the cast, since we benefit from the 10% reduced damage from it. The other party members say " it helps" and you clammed up. And then you wouldn't stop arguing that I should have used Para. Maybe you should make another video showing the entire playback then post it to Max lol.

You literally argued that no top Blood DK uses Control Undead which is just completely false. And again - we wouldn't have wiped there if you had just explained you weren't doing it again lol. Literally in your clip you Control Undead the first Incorporeal, and miss the second Lol. Sorry for the Sentinel call though, I think that was my second time being in the dungeon. Was 100% wrong about that. From what good Blood DK's have said about this, you're supposed to step backwards before casting CU and you won't get melee'd during the channel.

Not sure what you mean by judging or blaming others. That's not what this is at all. I'm just documenting the keys and in this video reviewing the ones that are disbands. I am not a good player and I know that and admit that freely. But I never leave a key ever under any circumstances within my control. Still I do include myself as part of the summary when I feel like I played unfairly bad and it caused unrealistic recovery situations. But your average mistake is not uncommon in keys and not related to disbands, so no judging or blaming of that would be relevant here. And even if I was that's not what the video is either way. Just a recap of all the wild and funny moments of the season that have occured on the channel. Does that clear things up or do you still have concerns? Are there any specific situations you feel like I was unfair during my documentation?

You have a hard time believing it because you don't understand the difference between a disband and an unsuccessful run, and that's unfortunate because I took the time to explain that in the video just for people like yourself. As I have not left a single key myself, I am not regularly featured on the spreadsheet of disbands. BUT I do try to be fair and when I make a mistake that I would consider major and unacceptable, I will put that on the sheet as context. But no, I will never be putting "I fucked up" unless the way I fucked up was accidentally leaving the group. The leaver culture is what we are documenting here, first and foremost.
