I've watched every video since your arrival in Perth and buying the Mazda 3. Your personalities and outlook on life and love of Australia are genuine and not just paid personalities spruiking the expensive, over-hyped tourist destinations that the Australian Tourist Bureau do (Lara Bingle and Paul Hogan come to mind). The new style of video is great, so natural and significantly easier to watch than the over-edited, Oscar-seeking videos that some creators think we like to see. We fully understand that you can't afford to spend days editing and refining videos as it eats into your time and we'd rather see you out there doing what you enjoy. My highlight of 2025 was the birth of my 2nd grandson, now I have 2. Looking forward to a great 2025 and seeing the many great places that you will be visiting and bringing to us.

Finally....Tia for scale. !!! Thanks for the update, we were beginning to wonder. London is amazing....but pricey, so choose wisely. I for one love the new format and presentation style....it feels more personal...and relatable. I feel a large percentage of your subscribers follow you for .....who you are. !! Both your personalities shine through in each video....and we fee like we are on the same journey. Keep it real....both the good and the bad....as it gives everyone a greater appreciation and understanding of what you both have to deal with as full time travellers. Your bespoke style is certainly very welcoming and sincere.....and that's what will keep us coming back for more. You both seem in a very happy place....and this year will be an amazing for you both.....Bring it on. !!

@KryptonPowers

@@jasgem76 I never said they werent allowed some downtime. In fact, the amount of extremely high quality content these guys can produce while on the road is just mind-blowing. Like "better than some documentary studios" good. But to not notice that these lovely people seem a little burned out, or less inspired by their destinations lately, is not a blight on them...its just my observation. Honestly I can't wait to see them do Europe...its a mind-blowing place with a completely new culture and people every few hours apart. I know these guys will love it and knock it out of the park ❤

I have been following you guys since you first visited Australia, specifically Western Australia. I am from Perth. I just came across you by accident. I have watched every episode since then, and some of your very earliest episodes also. The quality of your later episodes was truly professional quality. The gradual improvement from earliest to latest was inspiring. My friend and I used to joke that the Australian Tourist Bureau should have been funding your Australian trips given the production and content quality. That said (written?) I was becoming worried that the time you both spent to produce this level of quality might start to make your travels seem more like a chore than an enjoyable experience. So. I am pleased that you are simplifying things. The fact is I, and probably many others, really watch your videos to enjoy the interaction between the two of you and to enjoy your relationship from afar as we vicariously travel the world with you. Personally, I would still follow you if you were filming in monochrome on a thirty year old camera of some sort. I just watched the two of you basically sitting in front of a rock for 15 minutes talking and enjoyed the whole experience. So, the priority is to enjoy your travels and each other's company as that will make your travels more enjoyable for us. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

In the Australian summer months, I rode a bicycle across 3 Australian states and 1 territory, crossing 2 deserts and crossing about 3500km, conservatively speaking. My original aim was to do it in 40 days, I didn't achieve this but I still made a good effort, seeing a bunch of stuff along the way that you miss travelling at highway speeds. In the middle of nowhere I even encountered an Olympic boxer whom was also riding a bicycle and camping out on a training trip and to get himself centred. I started on the 14th of October, 2004 and arrived back at my family home, 5:30am on Christmas morning, 2004. I'm not blowing my own trumpet, I'm just saying that it can be done. I was following a dream I had after a bunch of personal and private stuff happened. The main theme of the dream was that I'd find happiness and contentment if I went west. I had never been to South Australia before but after living my whole life in Australia's eastern states, in SA I met the woman who was, later, to become my wife and now I'm a grandfather. I've lived in South Australia for over 20 years, I'm settled, happy and content. You could also travel by bicycling, should you choose to but whatever you do, I wish you both success in finding a place that feels like home, that you find a place that gives you contentment and a sense of belonging. I see myself in you, travelling, searching for the place that makes you want to settle and lay roots. You'll know it when you find it, in my case I returned to Canberra, pretty much gave away all I had (3br houseful of furniture, following a divorce & closure of my business) so that i could move to SA, just 6 months later. I knew in myself that if I waited until I was financially in a position to move, I'd probably never go, but I had a dream to follow. I loaded up my van and moved to SA, I lived in a tent for a year and a half before moving into a house. Now I'm married to the woman mentioned above, have a granddaughter ant and have been living in SA for over 20 years. I have something precious, that many people spend their whole lives seeking, contentment.

So nice to hear the two of you feeling legitimised. I think the life you've chosen is so aspirational, but I can see that it might be difficult to feel like it's an acceptable form of success. In my humble opinion, living life on your own terms is the ultimate definition of a successful life. My low for 2024 was losing my sister in law to brain cancer just a few days before Christmas. My high for 2024 was that I got to spend a really incredible day with her not long before she passed, and I got to tell her how amazing she was. I feel very lucky that we all had the opportunity to say proper goodbyes to her. And THAT is why I love watching you living your dream life, because life is short, and at the end of the day, your cups will overflow with the experiences you've had, and what a life that is ❤

Loved the update! High for me was maybe a lifetime high. Swimming the Great Barrier Reef with my wife and son (our first trip to Australia and everything was magical). We found your channel searching for ideas of what to do in Cairns and fell in love and get really excited when your videos drop into our feed. Low was being told 2 weeks before that trip by my wife that we are getting divorced after 35 years when our son goes off to college next year. Although, now looking back this isn't going to be that low - this is going to allow me to fulfill my life long dream of living around the world (I work remotely). Living for 6 months in different cities like Melbourne, Copenhagen, London, Paris, Vienna and Rome or Milan sounds like so much fun!

I hope you have a great time in London, and don't be afraid to do the touristy things because they are absolutely worthwhile. Walk across the pedestrian crossing outside Abbey Road studios, climb to the top of St Paul's Cathedral, visit the Tate Modern, see where knights were laid to rest at Westminster Abbey. Then jump on the bus to Oxford and go punting on the river and drink glasses of Pimms afterwards with fish and chips. Sorry, I'm getting carried away and reminiscing.

Sorry for the second comment. The idea of travel guides is AWESOME, particularly if they include links to the relevant videos AND map pins. I also think you should have a way to let non-members access them by paying a premium price for a single guide as a way of increasing income. I would pay GOOD money to access the info from professional travellers like you knowing how thorough you guys are. eg I'm thinking about building a small camper trailer and doing some of what you have done in remote Australia and a guide would save me a LOT of time, worry and possibly heartache. Excited for this and for your 2025 :)

Really looking forward to your content this year. I certainly agree that a more streamlined and efficient process is the way forwards. It's great to strive for excellence in output, but we watch for you guys and the countries and places that you show us. I don't think you will lose followers or views from more videos without the same colour balance.... London is my home town but I haven't been back for years, so I am looking forward to that, and Portugal low-key has the BEST food! It's usually overlooked, but Portuguese food is fantastic! 😊

2024 high was good health and the low was rubbish health, our good health level allows us to enjoy life, when we feel ill then life becomes hard. Stay healthy and the rest works by itself, love and light from down under in Perth, Western Australia.

Like many who enjoy your videos, I started watching because of the travel, but stayed because of you. You seem so genuine, and so in love (and in like!) with each other, it's like a balm to my soul. As far as travel, I did my trekking back in the '80s, but I still would recommend Bariloche and Iguazu Falls in Argentina, and Quito in Ecuador - but my two best trips were to the Galapagos and Israel (though obviously not now).

I loved everything that you both said =) I am super psyched about the Camino de Santiago because I want to do it someday. Lists and pdfs might be stressful if you feel like you have to put all of these together. It could get tedious, plus we can see what you are packing and what foods you are eating. Basic price summaries might be nice, either casually mentioned or listed. Thanks, I love your videos, more will be epic!!

I love watching you both on your adventures. I'm not able to travel anymore due to bad health. So I like to see things through your eyes. I'm just trying to get by day to day and take each day as it comes. I spend a lot of time dealing with pain. So watching your channel is relaxing for me. I don't know if you realise just how much you're appreciated. Have fun this year Cheveyo and Tia and stay safe. I look forward to your vids.

My high for 2024 was finding a new place to live that I really love. My low was waking up one morning just before Christmas to see silenced notifications from my Ring cameras showing people burgling the house and stealing both cars while I slept. It’s a creepy feeling.

I endorse everyone’s positive comments about your Aussie series. You’re an amazing couple who are a credit to your own country and do the other country a great honor. In terms of reciprocation, I wonder if there are any Aussies who have toured the U.S. to the same extent, and with the same positive disposition, and posted such videos for the appreciation of folks in both countries (and elsewhere). Unfortunately, every now and again I run into Aussies who evidently have a fantastic time visiting the U.S. but can’t stop themselves making puerile comments about the host country, including pathetic complaints about tipping and the quality of the coffee. Such boorish travelers need to learn from you two how to be gracious visitors in another country instead of making utter fools of themselves such that the locals wish such visitors had stayed home.

Highs and lows of 2024? Lows - I changed my work situation, stepping back, less responsibility and then watched so much I'd built over a decade unravel. : ( High: I took some leave and travelled to CENTRAL ASIA. It is amazing. I'm so excited for you to hear that you are planning to go there. It is beautiful with a complex history. The people a kind and friendly. Will you go to Turkmenistan? It's fascinating but complicated. Getting in takes some planning. Getting local money takes something else. It is so worth visiting and the whole region feels safe and welcoming. You both have looked a bit like the health side of things wore you out so it is great that you are taking some time to rest, rejuvenate, try some new (or old ) tech. I look forward to following your 2025 adventures. 💌

Phew!! I had a moment of trepidation when I read the title. You have the best, most relatable and least pretentious channel of any travel vlogs and I'm relieved your journeys are to continue. I hope you visit more of Great Britain than just London. The U.K is a very diverse place and there are loads of hidden gems across the British Isles. Regardless, I can't wait to see your 2025 adventures unfold. P.S. Loved the soundtrack today.

When Tia said we're going to London my heart sank, Please just visit for a day or two, but don't spend too long, it's not the London you think it is, it's a whole new city from the one of 10/20 years ago .. Please I beg you to go and visit the beautiful Scottish Highlands, Welsh countryside, the lake district , the Cotswolds , Devon/Cornwall But please avoid our major cities , especially in England, you'll be let down😅

As an Aussie who has visited the UK many times, I find it disappointing how often locals put London down. I absolutely adore it and think everyone should visit. But I agree, it’s important to visit the rest of what is on offer as well.

As a member of the post card club I get so excited every month to see it come in! Tia's art is amazing and I am just amazed at how detailed her drawings are. As someone with zero art skills, I am always impressed! And I look forward to seeing the card and wondering which video/scene is being picked for this months card. I would love to be able to login to buy me a coffee and see some information on the places you are at and guides/details. Every once in a while I click on the video description to see if there is any information and always a bit sad there isn't anything. I also think having a more consistent video release schedule would be nice and twice a week would be fantastic. I would just say, remember that it doesn't have to be the most amazing travel videos but it can also just be what you two are eating and experiencing. *That being said, your Fiji video was my favorite* I loved seeing the trips to the laundry and days spent at a cafe working on the videos. You had said your sister likes seeing the grocery stores, that's the type of thing that is interesting to your viewers too. Just seeing how different things are and also what takes up some of your time. Also if something is going on it would be nice to at least have some sort of communication on your Instagram or KZbin page saying there might be a delay. I know it's silly, but I get worried sometimes that something may have happened when it's weeks or months between uploads. So a tiny bit of communication would ease some impatient-ness and worry. :-) I also think that as corny as VPN sponsorship could be, it is appropriate for your type of traveling as long as it's something you legitimately use. I support anything that helps you guys travel more and makes your lives/choices easier. Otherwise you guys are doing great. I think with a more consistent upload schedule you guys will have no problems hitting 100k subscribers this year! But the most important part is to stay healthy and happy. Good luck!
