Even though I am a big Apple fan, I must agree with Jaime on his conclusion and his arguments. I mean, iPhones have always been great smartphones in my opinion but mainly due to their gigantic price increase they can’t keep up with the competition which now offer often better value and sometimes even better features. Will Newcomb i get roughly 6-8 hours of screen on time on a charge and about 20-24 hours of use from charge to charge on my OnePlus 5T (tho to be fair, I've rooted it and tweaked it into what it is now) it really all depends on what you use your phone for, so stats aren't always the most relevant. if you're enjoying your device and it suits your needs well, then i hope you enjoy it for as long as it lasts. (very refreshing to see people commenting with decency and common sense instead of devolving into pissing contests about who's phone is better, so thanks for that)

I switched from a Samsung S8+ (had it 14 months or so, great phone) to the One Plus 6 a few months back, and i have to say im impressed at how good this phone is. Its easily my favorite phone that i have ever owned. Camera Question: Does the OnePlus 6 have the camera feature like the Galaxy where it records "live pics" like a few seconds before and after taking a picture? i found that feature to be very handy on my GS7

Wanna hear some people opinions. I run two phones and iPhone 6S as my work phone, and a One Plus 3T as my personal use phone. I hope this can come off as unbiased as possible. I am conscious of my money even though I’m very well off, but I believe value tops price. For me personally I see the One Plus just having a better value. The iPhone does its job. It’s easy to use, wasn’t expensive when I first purchased it, and most of all I can use it knowing that it’s more secure than Android. Later I did notice the drop in performance and when I found out Apple was doing it on purpose by slowing the phone down to save battery life I simply just swapped the battery myself and it was pretty much back to normal. I decided that since I do like to have my fair share of fun I bought the One Plus so I can have a phone for work and a phone for personal use. Anyone who says Android is hard to use just simply does not take the time to explore the OS. Also Oxygen OS is a very well thought out skin. The One plus simply did a better job for media use than my iPhone. Better performance when it came down to demanding games such as PUBG (Am not a Fornite guy sorry for all you Fornite fans) and overall the most important thing for me was how well the phone aged. Sure there was a little drop in performance but with 6 GB of RAM you seriously begin to notice just how well the phone ages with so much more RAM. A little while ago I decided to download some of the same games on my iPhone and it just can not perform. Sure you may say is because it’s old, but the older iPhones were meant to last. I don’t see the iPhone X as a noteworthy upgrade from the 6S, because I can tell that the trend Apple is running is simply to pump out phones and then dump them. I love both phones but honestly the better value and better phone in my opinion is the One Plus. Quick charging in the box, did not have to waste time to keep buying cables like I had to with my iPhone and honestly if I I didn’t have the money I do now the better investment is One Plus overall.

kdude112233 agree a brand is a brand one plus 6 is also thought to be better than the s9+ however I got the s9+ due to brand and some features I like, but the brand kf iphone wasn't strinf enough for me to pay £100 more tbh. I think buying something based on brand is not the best people who aren't in the top 1% rich should be looking at features or they will keep geytinf ripped off trying to be like the 1% ans get scammed.

Because the spec is nothing. For example, iphone has much smaller RAM compare to majority of androids. 3gb vs 4gb, 3gb vs 6gb and so on. But the performance? The same or much better on the iPhone. I don't care about which one has more specs nowadays. The most important thing is wich phone gives great overall experience for its users.

I was an ardent Apple fan until I used Oxygen OS. I was not a fan of the Android OS at all. Android always seemed to make certain tasks more complicated than necessary. I always found iOS to be the superior experience to Android until I got the chance to play with my son's One Plus 3T. After that I was counting the days until I could get my hands on the One Plus 6. I moved to One Plus from the iPhone 7 and I am so happy I finally made the switch. IMHO there is not a better solution for an iPhone fan thinking of making the switch to an Android phone than the One Plus.

I just upgraded from my OnePlus 2 to OnePlus 6, and the difference is so satisfying. My bf has iPhone x and is still paying it off, while I bought mine second hand for 300usd. They're at the same level in quality, the difference is that I saved 700usd. 😝
