Clearly, you were sent the global variant. The North American model comes with the charger in the box. This tablet looks amazing and you can't go wrong with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 generation 3. Still, I own last year's model and I've been very satisfied with it. Thus, I will not be upgrading.
