Maybe check the military vehicles of San Andreas, specifically the Humvee like variant of the military Patriot the game introduced, and the Barracks military truck, they seem to be the wrong colour and should be the same colour as the Cargobob and Tank colours, they are missing their army tan colour.

I think this update is good. Honestly when the definitive edition first came out, I didn't mind GTA 3 and Vice City, the main problem for me was the draw distance in San Andreas, how you could see Mount Chilliad from Grove Street and how you could be in the middle of the desert and clearly see San Fierro and even part of Los Santos like it was only a mile away. It ruined the immersion for me and made CJ's journey seem less of an adventure, it made the map look tiny. I'm pleased they somewhat fixed this in the recent update. Something I would have liked is for Rockstar to have added features into GTA 3 which were in VC and SA, like burst tyres, bailing from a car, shooting windscreens etc, no biggie though

Yeah but they broke game so much than fixing and removed unecessary stuffs like grasses and trees. In VC had more trees in areas that ya never visit and more grasses which in new update is removed... So they improved some and removed plenty. And mirrors are fully muddy now. Windows on train is removed.

​@@tubularcandy812No, there are still a ton of issues and bugs the game has, more than with the original game, the models are horrible and the lack of most of the songs in each games hits pretty hard. Also the cheat codes of the old games don't exist anymore which makes the game boring after the story or if you want to play in different ways.

Well, yeah. Obviously the original remains the original, that can never change, by definition. But anyway, it has been beaten by the PC version since it has better performance, higher resolution, fully customizable controls and mod support to boot.

The thing I find crazy is that the original had a team of about 50 people working on it and it only took them 2 years to make it, where as in that same timeframe it took Grove Street Games to make the definitive edition that was a buggy mess and a further 3 years after release to still not get it to the same level of polish as the original just goes to show that the new level of developer talent is no where near the standards of a few decades ago.

1st grove street games was just mobile porting studio and they only had 21 people on the steam now how the hell can you remaster 3 games not one while also porting them to another engine while not knowing much about pc.

When classic lighting on some details, idk why changed/ removed like Volumetric clouds on the next gen consoles . I think it is good to gives us nostalgia feelings and look like an older version, BUT for modern visuals, models, and textures, it's better classic lighting set to OFF

@@mehrab4k148 yeah, I still use volumetric clouds on pc because it looks really nice, it comes back after turning off classic lighting, but overall, classic lighting is much better at fitting in with the correct art style.

This definitely feels like both a downgrade but also an upgrade. 💀 idk how to explain it but the fire in general looks much worse now in my opinion, and the water from the fire hydrant also looks horrible since it doesn't even look like water anymore. There are a few fixes/changes that i do actually lile though, like the "Classic Lighting" setting or whatever it was called.

I only know that after I got to know the definitive editions of the MAFIA series, this remaster is beyond saving for what it could have been. And look, when it came out, I even thought it was cool, lol, but now it’s just sadness. As much as I like the idea of keeping the essence of classic games, just by the awful launch of them, it was clear that not much care was put into them. (But if I’m not mistaken, it was because of pressure from Take-Two.)

If they continue to downgrade the graphics then i don't see the point in the Remasters existing. Just refunds us all who bought it digitally and relist the originals, least we get multiplayer in SA.... The game looked so much better before this mobile update, all they did was copy and paste mobile files over the home console version for anyone who doesn't know, its why you have less foliage, no volumetric lighting, and missing reflections in mirrors, worse water effects. All this to have the original's lighting color and draw distance, i say to anyone who wanted that just to play the original games.
