I know this has kinda been fixed with custom shaping on the GT with the Pozi on the board (to stop the false starts), but I highly recommend just get a Floatlife sure start pro, gives you 100% reliability and confidence in the board and if ur doing tricks where ur getting abit of air on jumps its nice to know the board wont cut out mid flight :)

Does it nose dive as easily as the xr?

Not at all, you have to really push it hard to the point where you don’t even need that much speed for it to nose dive, the XR will push back at like 17mph which is annoying and you want to go faster but at 25mph cruising speed I don’t really feel a need to go fast 25mph is quite fast and exhilerating enough
