I think Cory might be right about the spaghetti broad, but not for the reason he thinks. The only people who'd get turned on by her are sexually deviant and severely autistic, but don't forget: this game was trying to capitalize off the FNAF fandom, and the majority of the FNAF fandom are either children who watch markiplier, or sexually deviant adults who are severely autistic. It's possible they went full galaxy brain and intentionally made her in a way that would appeal to both groups. I don't actually think that's the case though, because this game was very obviously a grift, and rule 34 of your characters don't really help your bottom line unless it's the ONLY thing keeping people interested (like Overwatch). I think they wanted to make a character that was very distinct from the first one so they could sell merch easier, so they made her the opposite of the first monster (First one was slow, mindless, feral, followed you linearly, and limited in where it could go, the second one was quick, sentient, sinister, watched from afar, and could appear more or less anywhere.), and designed her to be as cheap and easy to mass produce as possible (a head, a body, some hands, and held together by strings).
