Ninja Turtle Attacked my Tent! Solo Motorcycle Travel in Ethiopia - EP. 58

As I was travelling through the famous Ethiopian coffee growing region, Yirgacheffe, I camped at a little Lodge. It was an amazing experience on so many levels. Got familiar with all the native plants and came across a Ninja Turtle!

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

Quite similar to southern Mexico with coffee plants, mango, corn and avacado trees and plenty of rain and jungle! I'm also amazed to see so much of southern Africa in desert. The topography and geography in the world is quite amazingly similar! Thank you for the ride!

Indeed it was a very educational adventure Kinga, myself being of Spanish ancestry there is a mexican legendary myth that says if ever a turtle bites you it will not let go until a donkey braes, so be careful next time. 1 KG of coffee!! Wow, several months supply. One way to make sure you never sleep again!! It still has to be roasted. Wrap in tin foil and then attach to exhaust downpipe. The way you Aussies cook Swagman steak.
