First, Jonathan Harker and Mina Murray get married and named their son after Quincey Morris. Then, Quincey Morris is revealed to have a son of his own named John, who aided Eric Lecarde in defeating Dracula and the Count's niece. Now, this game takes place during WWII, with the protagonist being Jonathan Morris, who is the son of John Morris and the grandson of Quincey Morris. Yeah, that's right. Jonathon's father, John, named his own son after Jonathan Harker. What's next? Are Jonathan and Charlotte going to name their future children after Lucy, Mina, Laura, Henry, Aubrey, Ianthe, and Martin just to name several? *Huh?* Also, I feel bad for Eric. He had to move on with another woman who gave birth to Stella and Loretta.

Another Castlevania I've never played! Here we go! This game certainly has a lot more exposition going on, which is probably why this RECAPitation is much longer than the others. I like that this is tied a lot more closely to previous Castlevania games, especially Aria of Sorrow. This was a great RECAPitation, and now I'm fully caught up once again. Dashing to rendezvous with you at the next battlefield. "... sandwich..." - I might just start adding this to every RECAPitation comment I write because there's a halfway decent chance you'll include this somehow within the script. Also Resident Evil 1.

When I first received a Nintendo DS as a gift, I wanted to line it up with as many great games as I could. The ones that always came to mind were the Castlevania games. I'll admit I didn't give this one a lot of attention because I was looking forward to the one after it. That said, it really was a solid game and I really enjoyed playing it

Man, I miss that early 2000s era of Castlevania. While I have my preferences (Aria is my favorite:P) there really wasn’t a single GBA or DS Castlevania game l didn’t like. I feel like the newer timeline, that is, the Lords of Shadow timeline was an “alright” series (the second one was kinda meh but I did enjoy it) but the IGAvanias will always hold a special place in my heart.

Theres no need for the DCW as that wasnt adapted into a game, so when you do aria of sorrow, start by recapping the 1999 events like this "Before the events of aria of sorrow, there was a final battle that Took place in 99, a belmont accomponied by a few other vampire hunters and a army marched into Castlevania and completely destroyed dracula as well as sealing the castle in the eclipse, the belmont soon fell unconsious and wakes up a few months later with no memories, only of his first name's letter, J... Years later a boy with white hair is born by the name of Soma Cruz... this is where we offically begin the events of Aria of Sorrow."

Although not as good as the other 2 DS Castlevanias imo, I still greatly enjoyed this game.
