1. Treat all firearms as if they are loaded. 2. Keep a firearm pointed in a safe direction AT ALL TIMES. 3. Keep your finger off the trigger unless you are ready to fire at and destroy what you are pointing your firearm at. 4. Be sure of your target and its surroundings (make sure your target is the bad guy/practice target) and make sure there are no innocent fleeing victims behind the bad guy 5. Learn how to properly clear your firearm or fix a malfunction. If you don’t know how, take your finger off the trigger and set the firearm down, pointing in a safe direction. Immediately get someone who knows how to clear a firearm or malfunction.

I would also add that if you're handling guns on a movie set you should probably make sure the gun isn't loaded yourself. But every you said is gun safety 101. It's not hard to figure out
