Olga is adorable. I never insult anyone speaking English with a heavy accent because more than likely I could NEVER speak their native language in any form.

My guess is those complaining about an accent wouldn't be able to pronounce a single word in a foreign language - and they are even proud about that! Have mercy with those poor cretins...

So true ! I presently struggle learning Russian. My German that used to be fluent hasn't had much practice lately, my Italian and Spanish remained basic, and my native French is often awkward ! Oh shoot now my English sounds better than my French !!!

Onions and cheese, pure heaven when done well. I've no problem whatsoever with your English, and appreciate your simple, yet accurate, descriptions. @@millions2nette I think most people had forgotten how to bake or simply were too busy to be bothered until lockdown. I did know about this method but then I am 70 😁 my aunt always made pastry this way but used equal amounts of butter and lard 😱 Her pastry was the best I have ever tasted and this young lady's video reminded me of a method I had long forgotten 👍

I make quiches all the time and especially an Onion quiche I learned from a swiss roommate I had. Her quiche is delicious and never had it outside at a restaurant or other homes. From you, I learned and I love the idea of greeting the butter with the flour and put vinegar and sodium and that's awesome. Also, using oil on the mold and cover over the dish it's a new idea I just learned from you. And, I never cover my quiche but as a pie, it makes total sense. Thank you it looks really nice. I also love your measurement placemat!
