@Sandra I have hot flashes and I wanted to know when you use this oil mix do you get hot? because I was reading some of the reviews on Amazon about this brand of fenugreek seeds made them feel hot and I wanted to know can I use the fenugreek powder and not the seeds, or do all fenugreek make you feel hot

I have hot flashes, but not due to fenugreek. Yes! You certainly can use the powder in the place of the seeds.

Thanks for the video ma But I have a question I came across some videos on KZbin of some people doing the no oil, or butter challenge and how it changed their hair But me on the other hand,my hair has been growing thanks to GOD and the oils that I have been using especially my edges. So I wanted to ask, is adding oils to the scalp good or bad
@sandraburnettlifestyle3 жыл бұрын
Personally, I avoid regularly putting oil on my scalp. I do not want to clog my poises.
@aleechaadams26913 жыл бұрын
Ok...here I go again and I'm going to say it one more time. Be very careful what you put in your hair. You don't know what will irritate your scalp you can not put all everything in your hair. It's GOD AND YOUR HANDS ☺️🕊☺️
