Why would they give these insulin resistant people such high glycemic foods. No wonder they go through these strops and pains. Rice, wraps, bread..... no good when you're that obese. I wish them the best.

Geez their food planner guy doesn't seem to know what he's talking about when I comes to portions. You can actually eat decent large healthy meals and lose weight. It's a good thing because it gets the metabolism going. Restricting their food to such small portions will only make it worse as it puts their bodies into starvation mode. That's why they're not loosing weight. They are also walking all day. Their bodies need fuel

Seeing the flip phone makes me think the show was made a few decades ago, when the concept was to restrict calories + exercise.

yeh but they did lose weight lmao
@sopyleecrypt68993 жыл бұрын
@@lipgloss675411 well yeah, if you restrict calories then you will lose weight. But it’s not sustainable if the diet is poor in macronutrients.

I'm not tiny by any means but I'd be satisfied by these meals and if any of these people had to hunt for their food they'd be eating a whole lot less.

I’m actually disgusted with the group bullying that is going on. They are adults ffs. Bullying is one of the most insidious things and allows others to join in at the expense of one person’s self worth. As a secondary teacher I am stopping these types of situations every day. No matter what Hayley is perceived to have done, she does not deserve the treatment that she has received.

I don’t know what was going through their heads when they saw their teammate was struggling and they decided to further ostracize her by pulling that prank. She was at her lowest and they just dug into her. That is absolutely bullying and it’s shameful.
