AIJS could be a better step 🪜 but we also can't ignore the fact that when executive comes in picture then their is no independence in judiciary soo after doing this we'll compromising one of democracy pillars so by exam we can select potential candidates then there should be independent commission in every state in which Judges of highcourt & CJI of that state is part of committee which do select candidates for district court & further. And we could be in situation where we can balance ⚖️ current structure & possible changes. JaiHind🇮🇳

All India Judicial services can address various concern like Non-uniformity, Judicial Vaccancy , Lack of talent pool but it has various issue also like curbing the power of State govt which can lead to wide spread protest, Executive interference in Judiciary , Undermining Authority of high courts , Still vaccancy on seats . India is uniquely diverse country with rich cultural and social diversity and a centralised Judicial appointmemt will lead affect decision making on local customs and rituals especially north eastern region . Way forward AIJS can be implemented with out curbing powers of state government Meritocracy and objectivity should be utmost priority before appointment Filling of vaccant posts on urgent basis Need of an hour is to create judicial infrastructure for ensuring efficient judicial service delivery E-courts should be promoted to ensure speedy justice delivery

All india judiciary hona chahiye but not for lower court its should have for high court judge . At the present PCS conduct exam for junior judge and after 7 year experience he/she have ligible for senior judge. Parliament can create All india judiciary who can conduct exam for high court judge who has ligible for this exam ..they can make provision like first junior judge then after 4 or 3 year experience then he/she can give exam for senior judge after then with more experience like 7 or 10 year he/should give opportunities for high court judge ❤.

Regarding AIJS all the points against such move are quite vague as these problems are already being addressed by all India services like language exam, familiarisation through bharta darshan and all.

THE CHALLENGES MENTIONED ARE RELEVANT BUT APPOINTING JUDGES THROUGH AJIS EXAM WOULD GIVE MORE EXPOSURE AND OPPORTUNITY TO THE PERSON WHO IS NOT FAVOURED BY ANY PATRIATIAL AND NEPOTISM MANNER.

Sir, Thank you so much for your editorial summary it helped me alot, but sir I have a query related to an optional subject, I am from meghalaya and I have done my graduation in BBA, I don't see any possibilities to score good marks in economics and not that much interested in it, and now I was thinking to take a nepali literature as my optional but its difficult to collect the resource and I have checked past list of students taking optional, but I didnt see any of the students taking nepali literature, but still I want to take it as an optional, sir will it be a good decision..sir plzz do reply on this query...
