Im just putting down this comment weighing 107 kgs, when's somebody will like i will come and update my weight loss here, hoping for the best💯 5/12/2023 -: 107 kgs 12/1/2024 -: 98 kgs 10/2/2024 -: 91 kgs 19/6/2024-: 74.6 kgs --------------------- 26/8/2024-: 71.88 Going to maintain it between 70 to 73kg . Many of us don't understand how important the diet is in the weight loss journey. I had a very hard time believing that 80% or maybe even more is about your diet then your exercise. Amazing job brother.

I'm also a hosteller...I lost 25 kg in last 6 month.....you can replace it by oats,milk and one piece of banana....you can replace the banana with an whole boiled egg, which will be much preferable ❤

Brother as a matter of fact spot reduction is not possible. You have to do your overall body exercises then your fat portion from legs will be also reduced. But it you want to more focus on your leg fat then focus more on your leg exercises, do with full range of motion and gradually increase the number of sets... Hope it will be beneficial 👍🏻

Interesting, watching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!
