Me bhi bachpan se mota hi hun. Meri 18 ki age me 80 kg weight tha to mene strict diet or simple exercise se apna wazan 64 kar liya. Isme mene zyada hi fat loose kar liya tha muscle sahit. Lekin wo normal 74 tak aa gaya jo mere liye perfect tha. Yani fat or muslce ka sahi balance tha. Fir aaya lockdown aur mujhe realize nahi hua ki kab mera wazan 108kg chala gaya. Filhall 2022 tak me hi mene wapas ise 84 kar liya tha. Lekin filhaal me bohot kasrat aur controlled diet le raha hun jisme meri body thodi fat + bu;ly lagti hai. Lekin yaha se wapas 74 le jana zyada mushkil ho raha hai kyonki wazan kam ho nahi raha hai kafi protein exercise karne par bhi. Par dekhte hai, kya hota hai, body lean muscular banti hai ki nahi. Height = 5 ft 8 in

His story is truly an inspirational one.. and he has really moved the mountains.. he owes a great respect undoubtedly. Having said that i would also like to mention here that, we as audience (whoever clicks on transformation vedios) do it with an intent to hear about the regime that the person has followed, how he/she brought change in their habits. We want to know things like from diet, to supplementation, and workouts. And phases of transformation. All of that.. so plz give due importance to that.. rather than just making more than 90% of vedio dedicated purely to past story and obese life crisis.. with respect to everyone involved, no doubt stories could be inspirational and worth hearing to many, but there will also be a percentage of audience who looks for solutions. I'm 100+ and I'm completely direction less about how to begin.. i think i have this mood associated eating disorder that makes be obese.. i need to here any solution for that...

Help kro bhai😢😢 Meri age 29 hai, height 5.8, weight 81kg Mujhe apna weight 65 krna hai, 2 mahine se 10 km fast walking kr rha hu, mera BMR 1600 hai, din me 1000,1100 calorie se jyada nhi kha rha fir bhi bjan nhi ghat rha, ulta 81 ka 81.2 ho gya😢😢

Q. Humble request to share some more Indian Asian raw Fruits for better Gut health issues and SIBO ISSUES passing stool again and again during urination and just after every meal, huge bloating issues, passing stool without any sensation issues

Add more fiber to your diet. Probably use of oats for a month will resolve this issue. Sorry i have no knowledge about indian fruits but anything with fiber will help you. Regards

30kg k liye kam se kam 1 saal lagega..... Wajan 3 mahine me to badha nahi hoga na. Ha agar thik se follow kiya to 12-15 kg kam ho sakta hai.
