Mine is an Astra H twintop and the trunk wont open. Do you have any advice?

Thanks for responding. Its a 2007 model opel astra twintop, the remote opens all doors including the trunk but now it only works on doors and the truck remains stuck. The roof also cant open and when i speed above 30 km/h it makes a continous sound like the one it makes when trying to open the roof without pulling the net at the back.
