Gracias Carter!

Great sounding kit as always with Ludwig. Some nice techniques applied throughout. Was this a personal solo video, or are there other drummers going to be playing their solos on this kit? I've been playing drums all my life and now age 75 wish I could have had a video for my kids & grandkids to watch . Keep up the good work.

Very nice. Can overheads be moved back a metre or 2, and lowered to t height of t toms with good results? With mics turned to point at t kit.

@chaoscinereous thanks chaos. I get what u mean. Felt like t pies were dominating and muddied t overall sound. It was a big space though.

That was different. I guess I'm used to my friends and drum enthusiasts pounding on the drums. A little too slow for my taste. Not knocking his skills at all. I'm into Dave Lombardo and Mike Portnoy..guys like that. Neil Peart.. buddy rich.. Vinny Paul of Pantera...

The drums have a wide dynamic range most don’t use. It’s good to have both sides of the coin

@@cartermcleanthat's true. Ludwig are great for that. I always wanted a kit,one day for sure. To get that kinda jazzy Mitch Mitchell sound which is sorta mid high pitched with light touch, but than they sound fat when you slam on em.same for bonham and alot of the 60s guys

@@cartermclean thank you for replying, not that I expected, but the recording didn’t do the lovely playing justice, they never do, and I guess that’s my point, but if you are happy it’s none of my business 👌👍🙂
