Pls avoid pads dear, when u r at home don't use pads and all use cotton clothes, and don't wear panty and tight pants when u are at home, maximum try to avoid tights pants and all, use skirts loose pants lyk Patiala and palazzo, bcoz our vagina need air, so that it could be free, try to avoid pads, tampons, cups and all, use clean and hygienic cotton cloth....
