Try sleeping without underwear in night for proper air circulation, always make sure the area around your private part is dry, prefer cotton underwear and make sure it is not so tight.

Hi dr, don't get panic just concern ur gynaecologist.. It's mostly would be some fungal infection of post period . Don't worry see the doctor

It might be spotting associated with ovulation. It is normal. Dont worry. If you have other symptoms associated with it or if the bleeding is significant consult a gyny.
