Listen to you body is a good suggestion . However during periods our body produces more heat as we ovulating the reasons we have been ask to rest traditional or scientifically. Better to rest for day or 2 and rest included in the fitness to get enough for healthy lifestyle

This is an amazing question that you've picked up! Every woman has this doubt! But if I've to correct you, WE DON'T BLEED UNDER WATER. Our flow is temporarily stopped when we're inside the water! That's how our body is designed. So irrespective of having periods, we can go for swimming! (using tampons, cups or pads is immaterial) 😊

@@meenalochani1101 Yes! I'm a live example! I go for swimming irrespective of my periods! The blood inside your body will not come out due to the pressure under water. Only when you come out, it releases!

@@ss.2727 I absolutely understand your question. A couple of months back when I started swimming, this was the exact doubt I had! But then, you wouldn't leak even a bit under water. So there's nothing that's unhygienic for the others! Wash your private area properly before and after swimming! That's more than enough😊 Plus, swimming is amazing for the the muscle cramps that most of us suffer during periods! Your body will feel absolutely light!

Hello mam..I'm 22..I have reduced 18 kgs in my home itself..I'm a nutrition student..so I know diet and nutrition....anyways, I reduced 18 kgs is very big achievement for myself..but I done a small mistake..that at my begining of my workouts I didn't take protein that much..so that now I have loose skin on my hands..I wish to tighten it..what should I do mam..give me some suggestions mam...

Hi priya , Consult a nutritionist at your place ,bcz if we have hormonal imbalance it's became difficult to reduce body weight even if we undergone heavy deit and done exercise.. I too suffered with obesity 106kg now reduced 14kgs in 9 months and going on , Keep going fighting girl 🤗🤗🤗🤗

1st type if it was heavy bleeding or paining-no need to do 2nd type-no pain like normal days can do 3rd type-no pain but some what like lazy can do simple exercise like swimming if we are using cup,walking Conclusion:if we do exercise during periods it will reduce more calories
