The holography in general was amazing, but the part where the guy was teleport around stage and had the bright words and stuff appearing around him was insane. It is amazing to think they went from the "on screen" AR last year to the even more complicated staging this year with projected holography.

Love how early y'all are! The Louis Vuitton Skin was the girl sitting on the circle weapon (they also designed the trunk containing the summoner's cup). As for the VFX, its Holographic Projection using transparent screens that you can see on occasion in front of the stage areas, and everyone in the stadium could see the projections!

The "holograms/Augemented Reality" characters you see in the song after the Awaken opening is the skins designed with Louis Vuitton. Love seeing the reaction along with the background knowledge of what is going on with the game.

No, Qiyana Prestige is the only one designed by LV. Prestige Senna will be released in 2020 too, that will be also designed by LV, but the rest is from the normal skin team.

They had clear screens around the stage which they projected the images off, everyone could clearly see those effects (at least from the front and rear). Didn’t look like they had them around the side.

@@daikimochiron After looking at the games again, FPX's playstyle hardcounter G2's playstyle which was to push sidelanes and trade objectives but because of that, it means g2 were always not together as a team and were always getting picked off by FPX smart rotations and doinb's roams were choking G2 from doing their usual play. I have a feeling if IG would have beaten FPX, G2 would have a chance. I would say they were not prepared for FPX at all because they scrimmed with the korean teams more.

Gotta say i'm not a big fan of rap i can barely understand animations were cool though. I seem to be one of the few who really liked phoenix, not every worlds song needs to have quite as much 'oomf' as Rise, this one had a little more in common with Worlds Collide which is my favourite.

When i heard Phoenix remix by Carpenter Brut i tought they will do something like with Bobby last year but they stick with original to the end. Just imagine: 9:20 and instead of players entering stage on repeated refain there goes remix version as they enter stage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/laHNqIWsgdN5Ztk Would be so much more epic that way. Anyway i think that opening was one of the best ones yet. Holograms>AR especially for people who was there live. Last 2 years was "bigger" but for me that one was better.

Being all serious and all doom and gloom all the time definitely doesn't help either. It's good for teams to be lighthearted, it creates a positive environment. G2 lost because FPX was just better with their aggression and pressure. G2 never encountered a team quite like this before and it showed. FPX deserve the title but G2 had an insane year as well.

So if they are reaping the perks of trash talking then they should get the flame for it too. Look at Doinb's interview, he was more focused on himself and his team than the opponents. Tien, the MVP forgot to take his MVP trophy until Sjokz handed to him. There is a quote by Bruce Lee, "If I tell you I'm good, probably you will say that I am boasting.
