They would have never got off the ground as fast as they did. It seems like everything in the US it seems it needs to be inspected and then the 1st inspection needs to then be inspected... just a bunch of red tape. Wish they would have needed thst many inspections on my sister's house- the damn thing was bought brand new she's the first owner and literally the thing is falling apart and only 5 years old. She's still paying the big price tag. Wish she could take them to court for all the expense she has shelled out already.

Late in my career, I figured out that a big part of my success was the people who worked for me. "Taking care" of my people changed our entire outlook in the whole process and productivity increased just because everybody knew they were valued..
