Damn, I wish I had any of these master collections. They look awesome. I feel like they put much more effort in making these OCG collections/tins etc. than in TCG with how they pack the promos and stuff.

Was great to see the Master Collections! Few comments: I think it was around Soul of the Duelist where the TCG and OCG sets started being more or less the same for a while. There were a few where both had the same lists, before we started getting more OCG- and TCG-exclusive cards. The OCG packs should just tear from the top to open, that's part of why they're so tall.

The Japanese master collections are awesome! Especially master collections one and two for ancient gear golem and cyber end respectively. The promos are absolutely worth it. It's funny how all the ocg master collections are from the GX era and all the English ones are from the og era

I've never seen the MC in person except for the binders, but I like them very much, the OCG ones are so cool but I still prefer the TCG MC1 for the packs and the MC2 for the promos

I love MC2, the promos are amazing. I mean Breaker, Exodia Necross? It can't get any better than that! Though OCG Master Collections have some amazing presentation, they are really high quality. This was a great video to see!

OCG always has the same cards in their sets as their TCG counterparts, except a small period they did OCG exclusive cards in their sets during Arc-V and when we did TCG exclusives and OCG imports starting in Strike of Neos. Between Soul of the Duelist and Force of the Breaker, we had the same rarities as well, it all changed in Tactical Evolution and we’ve never looked back since.

Probably one of the coolest openings. I love OCG and all the rarities that come with it. Sad to see most of these cards were pringalized but a good old 80lb bible will surely help a bit LOL defiantly want to get my hands on all of these eventually & get the promos graded 😁

14:50 the TCG and OCG unified sets with Soul of the Duelist. Before that, TCG boosters were combos of like 2 OCG packs iirc.

When it comes to the OCG, the Korean packs will normally have the same as the NA packs unless it’s an OCG exclusive. The sets from Japan could be more or less cards in the sets depending on which set it is. For example LOB in Japan has I think only 60 in the set.
