Thanks for that comment. I became disinterested in the NFL in the 90's when you began having all these players who would sign a new contract. Then the next year, somebody else got a bigger contract so the first guy refused to show up for training camp until they reworked his contract so he'd be the highest paid. And so on and so on... Now, I'm a fan of players instead of teams. (I probably shouldn't tell you I was a Cowboys fan.) I love college football even though I think this NIL is going to ruin it. But I've been a Crimson Tide fan since I was a wee little kid. Through the good & the bad. I keep up with former Alabama players in the NFL. I believe the Steelers have at least 2. I haven't looked at rosters this year. I know Najee Harris & Minkah Fitzpatrick. Anyway, back to your original statement, I just now read that. That's pretty awesome. It's definitely a song that hits you by surprise & just keeps giving. Sorry, I don't type short replies.
