Steps in order (in case anyone else is interested): -Reduced histamine (you can find a detailed list of foods on mastcellaktivierung) -Fixed dysbiosis using probiotics and yoghurts (until I found foods that no longer made me feel sick) -Healed the intestinal lining using collagen, l-glutamine etc -Fasted for a total of 9 days after a colonoscopy and enteroscopy with a break in between -Going on a ketogenic diet and readjusting protein intake to make up for the lack of carbs (lifted the brain fog) -Tested reintroducing carbs to test heavy sets and sessions in the gym again (power came back) -The multitude of recommended blood work -STAYED THE FUCK AWAY FROM PEDs (again as per steve, oxandrolone is nice for the connective tissue but can pull collagen from other places and wreaks havoc on the stomach, plus other things to watch out for with peptides). -Bonus knowledge: after not eating gluten I can tolerate creatine on an empty stomach without vomiting. -Might try raw chicken after finding a trustworthy supplier (maybe if Steve makes a video on salmonella) Yeah, Steve thanks for going to the library, helping yourself and others. For free as well. In an easier to digest youtube format no less. Perfect for those brain-fogged.

You ain't kidding are you? This is hilarious. I've had the surgery 2x now, first time surgeon left small amount of glandular tissue to prevent an indent she said despite my pleading to remove all the tissues and the second time she did remove all the tittie tissue, thank goodness. Drainage lines and pouches had to be inserted, lots of Percocet and 2 wks later swelling subsided and bruises remained. 6 weeks later, good to go and lifting and resistance training followed after 3 months to ensure proper adhesion of top skin to muscle fascia. About the Tren regards estrogen here are my results 4 months cycle First 2 months 600 test E 300 Primo E 150NPP (Estrogen 26.5) Next 2 months 600 test E 300 Masteron P 300 tren A( estrogen 46.6) Blood work done after 2 months of every change was not ultrasensitive Estrogen test!

Hey Steve, I've might mentioned before how oral winstrol makes my bilirubin levels go up, what I've found to be characteristic of the formula is that it always only happens in the 1st and 2nd week after stopping. I'm also familiar with anecdotal data in my circle, so two others have had bit of the same style readings. I just thought to mention, if in the future you notice something that indicates they have some more significant connection. I don't have been obtained any similar readings with other compounds and I think winstrol is a more hepatotoxic oral steroid than is generally believed.

@NaughtyCapricorn It is honestly too strong. I wouldn't use more than 5-10mg a day. And get ready to be battling estrogen like you never have before. Other than the horrible sides it actually put more muscle on me faster than anything else. You can out pace other things like tendons and cause serious injury if you aren't careful. I tore something in my left arm while on it. The rage from just 20mg a day was far too much for me to handle

YK-11 was compared to dht but not derived from. It looks closer to another molecule called ethisterone. Also many people swear by the injectable version.

I don't know how anyone could tolerate 30mg of YK-11. 5mg of YK-11 fucked my joints--even in combo with Ostarine, Nandrolone, and MK677. The pain was so bad It prevented me from extending my arm past the half way point. That being said, I only weigh about 180ish pounds and I'm pretty sensitive to other steroids--but either way, make sure you have a serious joint/tendon protection protocol in place. No ego lifting. Shit makes you too strong for your own good.
