Ghost Reveries is so good I can't even begin to describe it. When I first discovered it way back I had it on repeat for almost two years. Listened to it at least twice a day for two years. That's a sure sign of quality and complexity. Ghost Reveries is Opeth's Seventh Son of a Seventh Son to me. I never ever get tired of listening to it.

Opeth is hard to “digest” but if you can manage, it is a whole different dimension of all the music all around the world. To tell you the truth; you will not find a better masterpiece than “Harlequin Forest” but, Opeth is to be discovered in all their albums seperately. This album came out when i was a Jr. in HS and I listened to it every day on the bus ride home. Only ever got through 2 or 3 tracks but listened to them every day for over a year. Definitely one of the best metal bands of our generation.
