Not feeling motivated to train? Simplify your training!
Optimal is overrated and irrelevant if you’re not even showing up!
Focus on building and maintaining the habit first. Then you can focus on optimization.
Simple training gives you one less thing to think about. If you find yourself feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed, your plan might be the issue.
Go back to the basics.
I go for compound bodyweight exercises.
Not buying it? Do a few rounds of this and see if this in any way feels like a compromise.
