Is it normal to intermittently see the lines freeze and shake, almost like they are jammed and then to see them appear to move at a different speed?! Or is this just me?

Where should my focal point be? Am I looking past the red lines or at them as they move?

Yes, thank you. Even at 80% of my vision, I'm able to focus directly on the red stripes. Seeking guidance on whether I should be looking beyond them or not.@@goldenporcupine
