sounds like a good beer Richard, i'm like you i prefer the orange flavour than lime, i use orange zest a lot in my wheat beers, cheers

yeah the lime zest is a bit much for me, find the orange much more forgiving

Sounds great, do you think using orange peel the same way would work in a ipa? A mate keeps pestering me to do a fourpure easy peeler / deuce box sort of clone, or add some in the mix when dry hopping too?

I've done a couple of beers like that ages back using peel as late boil addition and dry hop, it does work but I would say that it gives a distinct 'zest' flavour which can be a bit astringent if overdone. Most of the commercial beers will use flavour extracts I imagine which are probably a bit more like the juice flavour if that makes sense
