Made these cupcakes with lime frosting. They are delicious! I only use organic soy products and could only find soft silken tofu that was organic instead of firm silken tofu. I wrapped them in towels and they dried up perfectly; the consistency could not have been better! Thank you for the recipes; I enjoy watching your channel! I ordered the book, it should be here any day, can't wait!

Ladies- to squeeze juice from citrus, roll the lemon, orange or lime on the countertop until it feels like a balloon filled with water. Then zest the skin. And, then poke through fruit with a knife and squeeze! But be careful-the juice will squirt everywhere. It’s like popping a balloon. Otherwise, your libel to hurt yourself with that ridiculous citrus squeezer 😵‍💫😊

I have heard that the publishers do not allow KZbinrs to give out the "whole" recipe. With the larger publishers, it is in their contract. Buy the book, you won't regret it... and go for the spiral bound versions :)

She made a big deal with a little salt on the BS, you don’t even use salt at all in your recipes so it ain’t gonna hurt you. Celtic salt is excellent !
