I guess some of you are confused with the quantity of flour you need to use in the recipe. To make cake flour Take 2 tbsp flour from 1 cup (120 gram) all-purpose flour then add 2 tbsp cornstarch or cornflour in it and sieve it (as shown in video) Therefore you will get 1 cup of cake flour. To make cake batter Take 3/4 cup (80 gram) cake flour from 1 cup cake flour that you make earlier. Do not use 1 cup cake flour to make the cake batter. Thanks 😊

This recipe is amazing....After watching this recipe I tried first time baking...first attempt got failed because I didn’t get stiff peak while beating eggs...and again try second time...and result was great and as per shown in this video...spongy,fluffy my first ever baked cake ...Kudos to Hands touch
