▶Ingredients
3 egg yolk
Salt 1g
3 egg whites
Sugar 90g
90g Cake flour ( or All purpose flour )
Vegetable oil 30g
Orange juice 30g
Vanilla Extract 2ml (can be omitted)

Themis F I’m not familiar with sponge cakes, but this one really had a spongy texture. If it’s not, you can try adding one or two more egg whites

저는1호원형틀에 굽다가 손님이 많이오신다해서 2배로양을늘려서 16.5cm×높이4.5cm되는 2호정사각팬에 구우니 딱좋았어요 반죽안에 건크린베리넣고 위에는아몬드슬라이스 올려서 170도에30분 구웠어요 다음엔 크린베리넣을땐 설탕양을좀줄여야할듯ᆢ너무 달달하네요 역시 쿠킹씨 선생님 레시피는 최고에요~❤ 선생님의 쉬운레시피 덕분에 늘감사합니다 더 많은 레시피 올려주세용~~😅 오늘도 최고의날 되십시오^^♡~🎉

Wowwww I tried this today and it was really goodddd. The smell is amazing and the amount of sweetness was spot on. I wish I had put a bit more orange zest though. Also, I did need to bake 5-10 more extra minutes. At 30min, my cake was still undercooked. Thank you for the amazing recipeeee
