13:54 The strap is actually ambidextrous. You can freely adjust and change between left/right shoulder. Examine each part of the strap carefully and you’ll see you can actually remove and reinstall its part to your left/right preference.

How long will it stay white during regular use?

Good question - I guess that entirely depends on where the user is and what type of life they have. Daily work and commute is very different around the world! I generally don’t have a tough time with my white bags….but I know some folks need to set the bag down on subway floors and are frequently outdoors. The question that I would dig into if purchasing a white bag is - how easy is the material to clean, and what does the manufacturer recommend for cleaning.

80% certain that the pad+ is the pebbled leather handle for the grab handle. You can confirm with Orbit on IG
