Great hauls! I was surprised with the cattleya purchase only because I've seen you buy mostly mounted orchids. Neofinetia is always a sexy purchase. Can't go wrong with those. The Lepanthes telipogoniflora is one that I adore. Had one and it died, even in my mine terrarium. My preferred online vendor is not shipping this year and so I'm done with orchid purchases. I might be able to visit a few local growers that specialize in phrags. So slim pickings 🙄

Thank you ResQuetzal 🌻 I suprised myself as well 😄 I just loved the cattleya when I saw it because it looked like candy to me. Very nice assortment and they all appear to be in excellent condition. Love that purple/black bloom...but I'm also a sucker for the green flowered falcata.

Hi 😊 Well Ebay is a good place but look for someone with good reviews. Other then that... Gemany and Holland are big with orchids in Europe so you can try Schwerter, Kopf for example but I don't know what the shipping is like for Azerbaijan. Hope that helps 😊

Servus! Maybe a 'deppate' question but are you sure that these hauls are not robbery purchases from orchid hunters? I just wonder.My basic question is: Do you know any shop in Vienna which is specialized in Orchidees?It is even impossible to find sphagnum moss or korkbark. Ich find Deine Videos wirklich einzigartig. So ein Orchidarium hätte ich auch gern, aber ich hätte auch gerne ein Aquarium mit Seepferdchen. Das spielts aber nicht, schon wegen Platz und so.Ich liebe meine Standard-08/15-Orchideen sehr und die gedeihen auch schon sehr lange, gut bei mir, aber ich hab ein paar auf meiner Wunschliste, die ich schon vor vielen Jahren hatte, und mir wieder kaufen möchte. Ich trau mich das ja fast nicht zu schreiben, aber z. B. ein Epidendrum radicans oder eine Encyclia cocheleata. Die eine Orchideenzucht im Internet hat die eine Pflanze, die andere die Andere, beide Firmen haben kein Sphagnum Moos, dafür aber immer die hohen Versandgebühren.Hast Du einen guten Tipp für mich? Falls Du mir antwortest und eventuell helfen kannst, dann vielen herzlichen Dank im Voraus, Anna

Hallo Anna 😊 Ich bliebe auf Englisch weil es ist einfacher zum schreiben. You can always try Obi - the ones with the big garden centers- or BauMax and Bella Flora & Dehner (those around SCS). Being in Austria we have access to the German sellers via Ebay or directly from their online stores: Kopf, Schwerter...there many choose from plus we also have the orchid shows every spring at Klosterneuburg etc. And those are without shipping fees. But to answer your question, no we do not have - as far as I know- a specific 'orchid' store in Wien. And orchid supplies you can get at Bella Flora (SCS) including sphagnum moss. In Hirschstetten I was once but this was very, very long time ago and absolutelly no comparison to your vdeo from 2018.When I found out Klosterneuburg this year it was already to late. The names of the German sellers are already familiar to me, Thanks anyway.By the way, my absolutely oldest plant is an ordinary Säulenkaktus. I grew it from a set of seeds and he was the only one who made it. Now almost 40 years old and still alive. He is just there, No Blooms but 1 m hiigh. And I am totally exicted and somehow can't believe it that my airplants grew. One tripled it size another one gets babys and my huge Xerographica is also "pregnant". I never have seen this airplant with a "keiki" (of course not a keiki) as they grow bundles. Acually I just love to watch You-Tube-Videos and I just pick up Infos which I can use for me without bothering anybody. I will definetely notcontact "Brad's greenhouse" because of my prospering airplants as I don't have a greenhouse and I have to cope with my "Gegebenheiten".Deine Antwort war wirklich echt ganz lieb and give this French bulldog, it is a French bulldog, isn't it some Streicheleinheiten.
