Boh, I don't know who invented them, but I'm sure they are easy to make with Friends, even if they have never seen them prepared
Oh yes, my dear viewers, I too have some very dear Friends, but not at all familiar with cooking.
People who are skilled and brilliant in their work, but practically 'NOTHING' between the cookers.
I accept this CHALLENGE and set up a MasterClass like on TV, but here, unlike TV, I actually have INECTS with pots and pans and not chefs or aspiring chefs.

Ingredients for 4 Persons :
500 g semolina
250 g of NOT COLD lukewarm water
For the POLPETTE AND SUGAR :
600gr mince 50% beef and 50% pork
1 sausage
1/2 glass of milk
2 eggs
A piece of stale bread
50gr parmesan cheese
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
Herbs and spices :
Nutmeg
2 slices of fresh ginger
1 clove
Chilli
Peppercorns
Thyme
Rosemary
Sage
The zest of an untreated lemon
Parsley
For sautéing the meatballs
Bay leaves
Olive oil + 50 g butter (for frying)
