OCSR is running 2 photo specials in conjunction with Trains Magazine in March. Then Skookum is headed to the Roots of Motive Power Museum in Willits, CA with its owner.

Trains Magazine sold out the first photo charter pretty quick. There's currently a waitlist for the second one. If you miss it you can see Skookum in Willits.

OMG this is awesome not just the locos but the scenery .I'm from a place we call the quad cities. (american pickers) about the only natural wonder around here is the mississippi river.I have to go there next year.

Polson logging company #2 has a sister operating on the Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad Polson Logging Company #70 correct me if I'm wrong

No your right they both worked for Polson they both last worked for Rayonier before steam came to an end. It would be great to see them get back together one more time.
