Thank you for continuing to highlight the issues at Oregon Inlet and how it affects the local fisherman. I hope the Miss Katie is able to improve the conditions for the locals. What I don't understand is we can send $60 Billion to Ukraine but can't spend the money to build a jetty and buy a full-time dredge to save American lives here in NC. Disgusting.

Though not the focus of your series, it's good to know that Hatteras Inlet is also getting attention. Not only for a channel for fishing, but the ferry service between Hatteras and Ocracoke.
