@@theimprovedbore550 Maybe that player sacrificed some HP EVs for extra Sp Def, since they weren't running AV. In any case, even if the Arch had survived on a sliver and Draco killed Palkia, -1 Draco + Sucker Punch was not likely to kill Conk so the game probably still would have been won by following up with Mach Punch into the 1HP Chien-Pao (which had just protected) followed by Mach Punch again into the Arch, so despite the calc I think that the game almost certainly didn't hinge on just that 6.3% chance!

The Paste says Conkeldurr is Guts for some reason but the rental is Iron Fist Edit: same issue with Palkia's paste and rental panel

I did the calc and got confused at first. It has to be iron fist, guts would reach ~99% max after Sword of Ruin (assuming no minus defense nature)

I think Drain Punch would always be better than Low Kick on Conkeldurr, since he had the Iron Fist ability

But I don't know maybe you right, I also tested Conkeldurr these days and he has Hammer Arm another good move boosted by Iron Fist, and honestly is very good, in my opinion is better to choose from these two moves rather than Low Kick, more consistency damage

I gotta say that I'm no expert in pokemon VGC. Not showing the stats pf these pokemon makes it extremely hard for me to understand what should be their strengths and weaknesses. For me, it would be EXTREMELY helpful if you showed their stats in the beginning of the video.

Hahaha, I actually ran origin forme palkia day 1 of the restricted regulation. It was amazing into all forms of Kyogre. Very awesome to see it showcased here today!!! Mine was a super tanky variant with thunder to check Kyogre specifically
