It’s pretty loud to me but it’s also very scooped so it it gets lost easily. Definitely a trade off. Scooped tones make the mix sound a lot boomier though so there’s definitely a trade off I also suck shit at bass so take that with a grain of salt lmao

@@zachvoytas I understand what you mean. I also sometimes wish I could hear the bass, more clearly. Unfortunately I find that if the bass is more pronounced, it is the nature of lower-frequency sounds that they drown out everything else. And we need to remember that lower frequency sounds are more difficult to control (in a room) than higher.

I have no clue how you are able to pick all those tones up by ear. I have a difficult time picking things up when a guitar is drop tuned. It all seems to blend in tighter and I have even a harder time differentiating bass tones. Amazing! \m/

Iván Buitrago it’s mostly just a tonal choice. Playing further up the neck often gives a rounder tone then when you play closer to the bridge.

Fantastic! In the sweeping/tapping section, are there notes tapped above the 24th fret? It looks like you're tapping at ~27 for some notes, but I suppose that might be string muting.
