Nice video, beautiful art of making extraordinary looking sarees made from real gold, silver, this art is still alive. Silk making is not done here, but saw it elsewhere, it involves dropping silk worms in their cocoons into boiling water so that the thread stays as one long string, due to this inhumane reasons I stay away from silk. There is another method, silk derived strictly from plants, but it is very expensive. If they can make same sarees using cotton, nylon, rayon or some other man made material, they probably look just as good.
